Because of Windows server 2003 server transmission to the new server, all Windows server 2003 users should know this information: 1- You should use 'https://YourDomain.com:8443' to go to your site control panel. user your domain name instead of YourDomain in this link. 2- For your new user name and password contact us. 3- You can change your user name and password via control panel. 4- Your SQL Server databases are uploaded in to Root directory of your site. So you can create new database and restore the backup file. 5-You can access to Email control panel using https://YourDomain.com:8443. You should create all of your email accounts again in your host control panel. 6- If you had Subdomain in perevious server, You should do Subdomain setting in new control panel egain and send an email to info@iranitc.com for restore Subdomain data. The new server uses The powerfull control panel software, Plesk, and you won't have the last previous server problem in this server. Thank you for tou patience |
